Change 100

Making a Cash Donation

You can make a cash gift straightaway to support the Change 100 mission, by making a bank transfer, or by downloading the giving form and completing and returning to the Development Office at Stowe, or online via PayPal . By filling out the donation form or giving through PayPal, you can choose either a regular gift over time or a one-off donation. Alternatively, we would be delighted to speak to you personally and privately about how you might like to support us - please click here.

We will be delighted to write and acknowledge your gift as soon as it arrives with us, add you to our list of donors (assuming you would like not to remain anonymous) and ensure that you receive regular reports on the progress of Change 100 and the children who will benefit from it.

Thank you so much in advance.

We can increase your gift by 25% by reclaiming tax from HRMC, at no additional cost to you or us

An Important Word on Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer and pledge by Gift Aid, Stowe School Foundation can increase your gift by 25% by reclaiming tax from HRMC, at no additional cost to you or us.

The table here shows how Gift Aid can greatly increase the total donation that Stowe School Foundation receives. It also shows how tax relief can reduce the net cost of the donation to you. For example, if as a 40% tax-payer you donate £1,000, the value of that gift to Stowe after Gift Aid is £1,250. The tax relief that you receive reduces the net ‘cost’ of the donation to you from £1,000 to £750.  The net costs is even lower (£688) if you pay tax at 45%.

Speaking to us personally

There are other ways in which you can make a donation to Change 100 that don't involve making a cash donation. We would love to hear from you personally if you think you may be able to help in a particular way, if you have questions or ideas, or if you might be willing to become one of our more significant donors. Please get in touch with Colin Dudgeon, Development Director, by email or on 01280 818249.
