How to Join

The Old Stoic Society connects Old Stoics to the School and each other as a life-long community. We exist to support Old Stoics throughout their lives by means of support, activities, connections and members’ services. The Old Stoic Society is a separate organisation to the School, run by a committee of members, supported by two employees.

Life Membership of the Old Stoic Society is paid by Parents during their child's time at Stowe. The current cost of Life Membership is £900. This is split into five instalments of £180, charged over a Stoic’s second to sixth terms at Stowe, ensuring that when they leave the School they become fully paid-up Life Members of the Society. No further subscription is payable thereafter.
