The programme consists of:

  • Fitness testing and mobility screening
  • Introduction to various aspects of athletic development
  • Weekly strength and conditioning sessions
  • Sports specific mentoring with the athletic development team
  • Weekly self-reflection and performance analysis
  • Individualised fitness programming
  • Lectures from experts in their field including psychology, dealing with performance anxiety, nutrition and lifestyle guidance
  • Support with time management
