Naturally, sustainability is at the heart of this event, and minimal to no plastic use.

There will be vegan and vegetarian food trucks. 

Guests will be given sustainable T-shirts, made of organic cotton or recycled material as a complementary gift. Guests will also be given a seed to plant.

The Zero-waste chef, Max La Manna, will demonstrate recipes that are more environmentally friendly and will give you ideas so you can cook with zero waste in the future

All our food for the events will come from local and sustainable food shops or will come from ingredients from other restaurants.  

At Stowe, we are aiming to stop carbon use by 2050 and encourage more schools to reduce their carbon footprint and become more environmentally friendly.
