Old Stoics fundraising for Ukraine

Ed Robinson (Chandos 2012) and Eloise Melville (Queen's 12) are in Poland volunteering at the World Central Kitchen on the Ukrainian border. They started fundraising at the beginning of March and spent the initial funds on civilian aid.

Ed writes, "We drove out in three vans, delivering to two separate locations based in Lviv. These items have been transported onto Odessa where they are in great need of this aid. 

The equipment included: sleeping bags, first aid kits, thermals, knee pads and protective gloves. 

We are now continuing to raise funds which we are currently using to support the World Central Kitchen’s Refugee Centre in Jaroslaw and are hoping to raise enough to get a second round of essential aid into Ukraine. We would be very grateful for any support that the Old Stoic Community can give to our fundraising efforts."
