Results

Spring Meeting at Woking 29th April:

Nick Luddington organised an excellent meeting at Woking. The trophy winners were: Nigel Stern Scratch Salver - Jean-Michel Hall (77),

Memorial Stableford Vase - David Ewbank (33), David Foster U30 Salver - Arthur Fenwicke-Clennell, Foursomes Celebration Tankards - Orlando McDonald- Buchanan & Arthur Fenwicke-Clennell.

Stewart McNair presenting the Memorial Vase to David Ewbank

Presentation of Celebration Tankards to Arthur Fenwicke-Clennell & Orlando MacDonald-Buchanan

Match v Canford at Sunningdale 30th April:

President Stewart McNair led his team to a drawn match thereby retaining the trophy won in 2022. There were wins for Stewart McNair/Nigel Randall and Peter Jarvis/Tony Edgerley while David Hinds/Brian Marcel and Jonny Rowe/Ben Dixey halved their matches. From all accounts this was a nail biting affair with David Julius/Greg Choyce and William Hill/James Clarke losing their matches by close margins This was an excellent start to the Society's Centenary Celebrations
