Sunjeewa has an extensive background in commercial operations with specialisms in leadership, strategic training, management and negotiation. After leaving Christ College Brecon in 1995, Sunjeewa went on to obtain a BSc Hons in Clothing, Marketing & Distribution and graduated from the University of Leeds in 2002 with a Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has lived and worked extensively in international territories. 
Sunjeewa has worked for Aldi over the last 16 years covering Store Operations and Buying. He is currently a Group Director for Aldi International Buying Services in Germany.
Sunjeewa joined The Swanbourne House School Governing Board in 2019 and is now part of the Governing Body at Stowe.
Sunjeewa is married and his daughter left Swanbourne House School last year, moving on to Cheltenham Ladies’ College and his son is a current pupil at Stowe.
