Mr Rupert Fordham

Rupert Fordham was educated at Radley College and Trinity College, Cambridge. He spent 10 years in the City, mainly with JP Morgan. In 1994 he co-founded a recruitment business, Morgan Hunt, which has become a leading supplier of temporary and permanent staff into the UK public sector. He is now a non-executive director of the business.  
He has served as a local councillor in South Northants and in 2017/18 was High Sheriff of Northamptonshire. He was previously a Governor of Winchester House School, which all four of his children attended.
