Ms Julie Brunskill

Following a degree in Estate Management, Julie qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982. She initially pursued a career in the acquisition and development of commercial and retail property and was involved in a number of out-of-town retail parks and shopping centres, working with such companies as Peel Holdings plc. and Boots Properties plc. For a number of years Julie was the Group Property Director of Home Retail Group plc and was responsible for a portfolio of over 1,000 properties and a multidisciplinary property team of over 100 and then Director of Property at Sainsburys Argos. Julie is very experienced in construction and refurbishment projects and among her duties as a Governor she hopes to be able to add support to Stowe’s exciting building and development programme.
