Mr Simon Cuerden

Simon grew up in the North West of England, attending grammar school. He went in to Sheffield University and, on graduating in 1987, he joined a legacy firm of what is now PwC. He became a partner in PwC in 2002 before then joining Deloitte (also as a partner) in 2006. 

In his early years, Simon worked within the Audit and Assurance practice, before moving into the specialist area of forensic accounting. His experience includes a range of industries and sectors, including education, and he advises clients in the UK and internationally that have suffered fraud, regulatory and accounting irregularities, or who need to assess the financial impact of contractual disputes. At Deloitte, he leads a team of 150 partners and staff within their Forensic business unit.
