Life before Stowe

I have primarily been working as a freelance theologian. Until July 2018 I also worked part-time as a Finance Manager in the business that I ran with my husband.

What do you enjoy most about your subject?

I teach some third year PHSE and Vanguard classes.  I like the way that both subjects, in different ways, encourage pupils to be reflective and to develop skills that will help them to contribute to, and enjoy, the world that they live in.

What do you enjoy most about Stowe?

The sense of community, plus its Christian ethos, uplifting setting and delicious food.

What is your favourite lesson?

Too early to say for sure, but I suspect I’ll like all of them.

I help out in the Exams Department and I coach a spin class and running. I also assist with the Stowe National Trust Project.
