How can I visit Stowe House?
We welcome photographers to access the interior of Stowe House during general admission times as detailed on the ‘Opening Times’ page or by purchasing an event ticket which may grant you access to the house at alternative times of day or spaces not accessible on general open days.
Our top tip is to choose a date when you can ‘Explore at Your Own Pace’, as more rooms will be open in the house and you'll be able to spend more time in rooms to set up shots at your convenience, than compared to taking a guided tour.
Admission fees are applicable and not covered by Stowe House for this competition. Under normal admission, children are not permitted to enter the house alone under the age of 16. As per the normal admission fees, children under 16 go free in Stowe House with a paying adult.
When pre-booking a visit, you can also arrange parking at Stowe House making is easier with any equipment you may be carrying.
