Mother's Day Bath Bomb Workshops

Saturday 29 March, 10:30am

About the event

This Mother’s Day, why not treat the special lady in your life with a truly personal gift? Join us for a fun and creative workshop where you and your little ones can make beautiful, handmade bath bombs—perfect for gifting.

Each child will create up to two bath bombs, write a secret message to hide inside, and package them in a charming hessian bag with a ribbon and tag. They’ll also have the chance to craft a lovely handmade card to complete the gift. It’s a wonderful way for parents, guardians, and loved ones to help their children create a thoughtful, unique present for someone special. We can’t wait to see the smiles on everyone's faces!

Choose to come in the morning or afternoon, sessions are drop-in.

Dates: Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 March

Times: 10.30-11.30am and 2-3pm

Cost: The activity is free of charge. Normal admission applies.

Family-friendly facilities: baby change; cafe; lift for access with pushchairs; dress up and interactive play in our museum; picnic tables outside our visitor centre with lawn to play on.

Don't fancy a big walk with little legs?

We understand that with little ones a walk through the National Trust Garden to the House can be daunting (whilst full of snacks, pitstops and bribery!). To make things a little easier, pre-book your admission tickets and you can arrange parking which is close to the house via a separate entrance to Stowe. Ta-da, happy faces all round.

Alternatively, enjoy the fresh air and let the kids run off some steam with a big day out at Stowe.
