All Old Stoics living in London are warmly invited to a wellness evening at Tadpoles Nursery School, Park Walk, Chelsea, London SW10 0AY, from 6.30pm onwards on Thursday 21 March 2019.

The evening will begin with an hour long yoga class taught by E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, Caroline Graham-Wood (Lyttelton 05), followed by wellness canapés produced by Zara White (Lyttelton 06), who runs her own catering company called Zara’s Kitchen. Each attendee will be given a mini box sample from Primrose's Kitchen, Primrose Matheson's (Nugent 04) breakfast cereal brand. Tadopoles Nursary is owned and run by Claire Dimpfl, wife of Charles Dimpfl (Chatham 66).

Old Stoics of all ages and abilities are welcome to attend. Places are limited to 30 for the yoga class. Tickets are £20 per person, to contribute towards the costs of the catering. This event has been subsidised by the OS sporting budget, in the hope that it will bring together Old Stoics with an interest in yoga to encourage the formation of an Old Stoic Yoga Club.

Caroline Graham-Wood Yoga

Caroline teaches both locally in London and internationally, leading yoga retreats in unique locations around the world. Zara’s Kitchen

Founded by chef Zara White, Zara’s Kitchen was born out of a fascination with bringing beautiful, mouth-watering food to people’s tables.
