We are closely following Government Guidelines in relation to holding public events safely during COVID-19. At this stage, household rules and social distancing measures would mean that this event cannot take place, as it would bring together more than 2 households for an occasion. We do not believe it is practical or sociable to seat guests 2m or 1m+ from each other during an event. If the guidance is relaxed in advance of this occasion, it may be possible to proceed. We will contact those who have booked tickets with as much notice as possible with our plans for this event. 18 August 2020
All Old Stoic wine lovers are warmly invited to attend the next OS Corkscrew Wine Tasting, which will take place on Wednesday 21 October 2020, at Cad & The Dandy, Mayfair by kind arrangement with James Sleater (Chatham 99). The tasting will begin at 7.00pm and will finish at 9.00pm.
This event will be Bring and Share Tasting, so each guest will be asked to bring a bottle of wine that they enjoy to the tasting to share with other guests. Canapés and soft drinks will be provided. We hope that this format of tasting will provide a wide array of styles and vintages for everyone to enjoy and may lead to guests discovering a new favourite.

Please note, this tasting will take place in a room on the first floor, which is accessed by a staircase.
There are 40 tickets available for this tasting and they will be offered on a first, come, first served basis.
