John 'Fingers' Fingleton (Chatham 66) Memorial Service

Saturday 20 September, 11am

About the event

“The editor of The Stoic magazine observed in 1997 that being a Stoic is not for five years or two years, it is for life. Just as Mary Tudor once said that you would find Philip and Calais lying in her heart, so Fingers’ heart would be engraved with MCC and Stowe.” Dr Anthony Wallersteiner

John ‘Fingers’ Fingleton (Chatham 66) sadly passed away in his sleep on the evening of 24 June, whilst in hospital. Fingers served on the Old Stoic Society Committee from 1995-2015 and continued to support on the OS Networking, Marketing and Events Committee until 2023.
