Stowe's goal is bold: to grow our endowment to £100 million. Achieving this will enable us to fully commit to our transformational bursary programme and continue investing in the world-class facilities that define a Stowe education.

Small, regular donations from across the Stowe School Community will make it achievable. A sense of wide participation is vitally important to our success: with regular giving, small donations have a very significant impact in themselves.

For example:

  • If one third of the Stowe Community gave £5 a week, after Gift Aid, we would raise £1 million each year to provide five life-changing bursaries for disadvantaged children
     
  • It only takes 20 Old Stoics each giving £15 per month for five years, after Gift Aid, to fully fund a place at Stowe for a talented day boy or girl from a family with no history of university education
     
  • It takes just 20 donors giving a gift of £30 per month for five years, after Gift Aid, to provide a fully-funded boarding place, which could change the life of child currently living in an area of social deprivation

No gift to is too small. We will be delighted and honoured to receive every gift, and to keep every donor informed of the difference that their gift is making – however large or modest it may be - to the lives of bursary recipients.
