Healthy Heart Healthy Body Programme

At Stowe exercise and competition in sport is valued for all ages and abilities so whilst our School team players are involved in a wide variety of inter-school fixtures a full and varied programme is created for the remainder of the pupils. The Healthy Heart Healthy Body Programme (HHHBP) consists of a choice between Aerobics, Gym, Circuit Training, Swimming, Track and Zumba with the focus on improving cardio-vascular fitness, core body strength and mobility.

In addition to the HHHBP we offer beagling, climbing, riding, rowing and a variety of inter-house leagues competitions.
