The shop is open from 10.40am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and 12-4.45pm on Saturdays during term time and by appointment only during the summer holidays. Please book your appointment via shop@stowe.co.uk or call 01280 818211.

Online orders are dispatched within three working days, and sent second class post in the UK. Overseas orders can take up to 28 days to be delivered. If you order is urgent, please contact the Shop on the number above.

Postage rates are calculated based on the weight of the items you have ordered and the address to which the order will be posted.

The last date of posting Christmas orders in the UK is Friday 12 December and International orders Friday 28 November 2025.
Any orders received after these dates will be posted in January 2026.
