Parents' Meetings

These meetings provide a valuable opportunity for you to meet and discuss, in person, your son's or daughter's progress at Stowe with their Tutor and other academic staff. There is also an opportunity to give updates on academic activities at Stowe and timely reminders for the preparation for GCSEs or A Levels. Click here to book.

A reminder of the forthcoming meeting relevant for your son or daughter is given in the End of Term mailings to parents and guardians. A reply form will be enclosed for you to indicate your intention to attend, which greatly helps our planning.

The pattern of parents' meetings during the academic year is shown below. The specific date of each one is timed to coincide with an exeat or half term break, and is given in our full School Calendar,

Third Form Michaelmas Term November
Fourth Form Summer Term May
Fifth Form Lent Term March
Lower Sixth Lent Term February
Upper Sixth Lent Term January
Pupils are normally only present with their parents at Upper School Meetings. Please remember that you do not have to wait for a Parents' Meeting if you wish to discuss any aspect of your son's or daughter's progress at Stowe. Their Housemaster or Tutor will be pleased to talk to you should you have any concerns.
