Tash Wood’s (Queen's 18) London Gig

Nigel Milne (Chandos 68) attended the career launch of singer/songwriter Tash Woods (Queen's 18), at her first London gig at Thousand Island last night.

He writes, “I THINK THAT I HAVE JUST WITNESSED SOMETHING REALLY RATHER SPECIAL! Tash’s songs of love and regret have poignant and clever lyrics, with such intriguing titles as I Was Drinking About You Last Night and Bad Bitches Beat Heartbreak - clever and inspired. She had the audience hanging on her every word. Her song I Know What You Were Doing Last Night was totally captivating and literally gave me goosebumps! I remember experiencing the same premonition whilst watching the then unknown LIANNE LA HAVAS at The Village Underground about five years ago...👍👏🎤🎹🎸.”
