Golf-29

Our 2019 fixtures are under way and there is lots more planned for March, April and May with full details listed below. Don't wait to be asked to play just contact the Match/Meeting Manager or me.

Please pass this newletter onto any other Old Stoic Golfers who you think would be interested in taking part in our growing number of fixtures.

3rd March, Match v The School at Sunningdale: Won 2:1

A strong team of Haydn Brooks, Rob Samuel, Martyn Palmer, Tony Edgerley, Peter Jarvis and James Nash beat the School 2:1 in awful weather on Sunday.

8/9th March, Northern Meeting at Formby: Still room for a couple more

Message from Meeting Manager, James Gartside jamesgartside@macdonaldandtaylor.com

Last year some of our Halford Hewitt team played Royal Birkdale on the Thursday. This year I can get 3 fourballs on Royal Liverpool  - it’s a special year for Hoylake as it’s the 150th Anniversary of the club and they are hosting the Walker Cup in September'.

25th May Match v The School at Stowe
