OS Recent Leavers Drinks in Oxford

On Thursday 7 April, we welcomed 20 Old Stoics under the age of 23 at the world-renowned pub, The Turf Tavern in Oxford, to kick off the first round of our Recent Leavers’ Drinks Gatherings. For most of our guests, this was their first experience of an Old Stoic event and it didn’t disappoint.

It was a relaxed evening including a few rounds of drinks and sharing platters. Anna Semler (Nugent 05) shared a brief insight to life as an Old Stoic and how the OS Society can offer support going forward. OSS Vice Chair, Toby Gauvain (Temple 89) kindly attended and spoke briefly about the importance of the OS Network and the joys of Stowe Connect. 

We will be hosting drinks in other university towns throughout 2022: all Old Stoics living, working or studying nearby are warmly invited to attend.
