Royal Marine Commando
I grew up nearby Stowe with my father who was a policeman and my mother who was a primary school teacher. My family were pillars of the community, but I grew up aware that I might always live in my small market town. I went to a local comprehensive and got good grades, but I never felt like I was achieving my full potential.
From the moment I arrived at Stowe I threw myself into every aspect of school life and it really broadened my horizons and gave me the confidence to believe I could make a difference in the world. After university, I became an Officer in the Royal Marines Commandos where I now help and protect those in desperate need.
I know that I am exactly where I am meant to be and without Stowe, I might never have discovered my true ability and talents.
