Victor Maxwell

Victor is an Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning at Silverstone UTC, where he leads on professional development and teaching quality. With a background in aerospace engineering (MSc, BEng), a PGCE in Physics and Maths, and has completed the National Professional Qualification in Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD). Victor brings both academic rigour and practical classroom expertise to his role. He has a strong track record in coaching staff, raising teaching standards, and improving outcomes for students. Currently completing the NPQH, Victor is particularly committed to inclusive education, safeguarding, and building staff capacity through high-quality professional development.
