Life before Stowe
I was educated at Lancaster Royal Grammar School before reading Chemistry for Drug Discovery at the University of Bath
What do you enjoy most about your subject?
Organic chemistry is one of the areas of the subject I enjoy the most, particularly when we move on to the high level content of the A-Level course. Chemistry in general helps us make sense of the physical world around us alongside developing many key transferrable skills which are valuable to most walks of life.
What do you enjoy most about Stowe?
The variety of the each day and the interactions between staff and Stoics.
What is your favourite Lesson?
Anything involving practical work always gets a great response from Stoics.
What do others say about you?
Hopefully that I am a down to earth Northerner who has a deep passion for my subject!
