Life before Stowe
I grew up playing a variety of different sports; netball, baseball, badminton, tennis etc. But focused on swimming as I was a member of The City of Cardiff Swimming Club where I would regularly train and compete. However, when I completed an undergraduate degree in Sports Education and Development at The University of Gloucestershire I joined the lacrosse team and quickly grew to love the game. I was voted women’s captain for the university lacrosse team, I took on the responsibility to coaching the women’s team and organising fixtures.
