Mrs Catriona Lloyd

Kitty is a partner at Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, advising corporate trustee clients and banks on capital markets transactions. Before joining Dentons as a partner in September 2017, Kitty was a senior lawyer at Linklaters, which she had joined as a trainee solicitor in 1992. Kitty qualified into the Corporate department at Linklaters in 1994, where she advised clients on M&A and equity transactions before moving to the capital markets department in 2007.

Kitty graduated from New Hall (now Murray Edwards College) in Cambridge in 1990 with a first in Classics. Kitty attended Chichester High School for Girls, her local comprehensive school, but she comes from a family of Stoics. Her older brothers, father and uncles were at Stowe and J.F. Roxburgh was her great uncle.
For the past 4 years, Kitty has tutored English “A” level students from a comprehensive school in Hackney through the Access Project.

Kitty is married to Richard and has a son (who is at Durham University reading History) and a daughter, who is taking her A-levels (English, History and History of Art) in June 2018.

Kitty became a Governor in 2015 and, in 2018, has joined the Finance Committee.
