Job Overview 

Swanbourne House School, based between Aylesbury and Winslow are looking for a Head of Housekeeping to join their team.

Working as either the morning shift leader or evening shift leader, you will ensure that the business is cleaned and maintained in line with School and guest expectations; ensuring that team members are trained and developed, and relevant legislation and guidelines are followed.   

You will have a strong knowledge of complaince and Health & Safety and be responsible for ensuring protocols and equipment are to a high standard and that legislation is met.

You will have strong communication skills and be a positive and proactive team leader. You will be able to multi task, prioritise job tasks and have the ability to solve problems as and when they arise.
