Contract type: Fixed Term maternity cover until December 2025
Hours of work: Part time office based, three 7.5 hour working days per week (days can be flexible upon request)
Occasional evening/weekend working may be required for this position during busy periods (TOIL).
Salary: Full time equivalent salary £45,000 (£27,000 is the salary for 3 days per week)

Job Overview
The Stowe Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events professional to head up the commercial team here at Stowe.
The Head of Commercial Events is responsible for generating significant revenues from The Stowe Group’s assets, through strategic development, business planning and team management. They will oversee the use of Group’s assets outside of term time for events, weddings, filming, residential lets and corporate hire. They will also support the Retail team in delivering the Stowe School retail provision.
The candidate will be experienced in managing a motivated and passionate team, writing and delivering strategic business plans for an events business, managing stakeholder relationships, and budgeting and forecasting.
