Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students from two local secondary schools Denbigh School and Oakgrove School visited Stowe House and Garden in early 2016 to take part in a variety of workshops and activities. Inspired by their visit, the students created imaginative and artistic responses to what they saw at Stowe House for our 2016 Open Art Competition. Using a variety of mediums and techniques, the students created beautiful pieces of artwork which we are proudly displaying over the summer in 2016. Three winners from each school were chosen for the originality and creativity shown in their artwork. All the fantastic entries and winning pieces are on display in The Blue Room at Stowe House over the summer in 2016 for visitors to enjoy.
