Q: Can I bring my own caterers?

We have a choice of approved caterers which can be found here. We have taken the time to hand select local caterers who we fully trust to provide the best possible service to our clients and, most importantly, their food is delicious ... you won’t be disappointed!  

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol?

Included in your hire fee is corkage up until the end of your wedding breakfast, after which the bar will open for your evening reception. The bar is provided by us but you can choose to have a pre-paid open bar, set up a limited tab, or have a running cash bar. If you have any specific brands/ drinks you would like to serve this can also be arranged.

Q: Are you licenced for civil ceremonies?

We are licenced to hold civil ceremonies in 2 of our State rooms, with a maximum capacity of 120 people.

Q: Can I have a mandap ceremony?

We do allow a mandap ceremony with a small fire to take place in our Marble Hall, the maximum capacity for this is 180 but this is with a smaller mandap, for larger mandaps capacity would be 150. An additional fee is charged for this.

Q: Is confetti allowed?

We do allow confetti but these must be real, bio degradable or freeze-dried petals.

Q: Are we allowed fireworks?

We do allow fireworks, but these must be supplied by our approved supplier, Titanium Fireworks, and finished no later than 11pm.

Q: Do you have onsite accommodation?

We do not have any onsite accommodation, however there are plenty of local hotels in Buckingham, you can find information on hotels we recommend here.

Q: Can I get ready at the venue?

We recommend that you get ready off site at your hotel and use our spaces for some stunning getting ready shots.

Q: Do you supply any furniture?

Yes, we can supply long tables and 5ft round tables alongside red banqueting chairs. Most couples choose to hire in their own chairs.

Q: What is included in the hire fee?

Included in the hire fee is the use of 3 state rooms, midday until midnight, use of our tables and chairs, red carpet entrance, parking, kitchen hire, corkage up until the end of your wedding breakfast, evening bar service, security personnel and a dedicated Events Manager.

Q: Do you have a late licence?

Our licence is until midnight, with bar closing at 23.30 and music at 23.45. We can apply for a late licence up until 1am for an additional fee.
