Smaller meetings can be accomodated within the House, the Common Room is connected to the Dining Room which provides the perfect breakout area for your refreshments.
Swanbourne House offers complimentary WiFi throughout and plenty of onsite parking. Please note that we do not have any AV onsite so you would need to provide this yourselves.

When you hire Swanbourne House for your event, you can choose to hire the House on a dry hire basis or between April and September , you can take advance of our Tipi Package. Dry hire offers exclusive use of two rooms within the House from midday until midnight and the opton for ground hire is also avaliable.
