News from our musicians in New York

Our musicians flew out to New York on Wednesday and we have just had news that they gave an impromptu a capella performance at the top of one of the highest builidings in the world. If not a record, then perhaps they are the first a capella group to sing from the top of a landmark visible from space! The perfect way to warm up for their first concert at the New York Racquet and Tennis Club.

Fortunately, the group are experiencing better weather than us with stunning views from the top of the Empire State Building.

Last night they gave their first concert of the tour to the American Friends of Stowe. Brian Hecht, Chairman of the American Friends of Stowe, said, ‘the perrformance was a smashing and unequivocal success - a worthy cultural event, even by New York standards’.
