Stowe sing at Southwark Cathedral
The Stowe Chapel Choir yesterday led the Evensong service at Southwark Cathedral. Following a very successful trip last year to Ripon Cathedral, this gave the Choir the wonderful opportunity and experience of singing at one of the most important places of worship in London.

Young Stoic cricketer off to India with England U17s
Ben Duckett (Lower Sixth, Grafton) is on his way to India on 3 February as part of the England U17 Development Squad. There they will play a series of fixtures against local opposition in Pune. Ben was Stowe's top run scorer last season scoring over 1,300 runs (including five hundreds) and he also played for Northants 2nd XI during the school holidays.

A 19-13 victory for Stowe's Junior Colts A team against St Albans School in the Regional Final of the Daily Mail RBS U15 Cup on Thursday 19 January 2012 means that Stowe is through to the Quarter Finals.

On Sunday 15 January the Senior Stowe Jazz Combo performed at a luncheon event organised by the University of the Third Age (U3A).

Congratulations to the Fifth Form Stoics who sat their Mathematics GCSE early in November 2011. 13 Stoics gained A* grades and seven Stoics gained A grades.
