Aerobics

The aerobics class is led by Lucy Ashe (REPs exercise to music qualification) and has been popular amongst girls of all ages. Aerobics involves an energetic and fun cardiovascular workout, combining a rhythmic and lively routine with strengthening exercises. The class starts with a warm up and light stretching, followed by a sustained period of aerobic exercise. We then spend some time working the legs and arms before getting out the mats and toning different areas of the body. The class ends with stretching and relaxation to help the body cool down. This class is a great way to get fit, improve coordination and to tone the body.
