When visiting the House and Gardens, visitors are requested to park in the National Trust car park at New Inn, on the south side of the estate, and make their way through the Gardens to the House. Plese note that this is a one-site visit and you will need to pay the Gardens admission fee to visit the House.
During term-time, the Stowe House visitor reception is open from 1.30pm, the guided tour commences at 2pm (2pm and 3pm between March and October) and lasts approximately 45 minutes. During the Easter and Summer Stowe School holidays the House is open from 1-5.30pm (last admission at 4.45pm) with guided tours on the hour. The House is child-friendly and under 16s enter free of charge with an accompanying adult.
Groups (15+) can be accommodated by pre-arrangement.
Only assistance dogs are allowed in the House.
There are no refreshment facilities in the House but the National Trust's restaurant at New Inn is open for light refreshments, brunches, lunches and afternoon teas.
Toilets, including disabled access, are available in the House. The House is fully accessible.
