With the introduction of girls at Stowe, the School is keen to offer a variety of sports. Netball is now available as an activity in the Spring term where the Senior girls can choose to play on two afternoons week. There are netball fixtures but the expectation is that girls who are committed to Stowe's 1st team lacrosse and hockey will represent Stowe in both their number one key sport and netball. The Juniors also have an opportunity to play if it does not clash with their commitments in lacrosse and hockey. With the introduction of more girls at Junior level, this will be kept under review. Stowe would of course encourage any girls who have achieved a high standard at their previous school to pursue the road to County and beyond if this was the sport they felt they excelled in.
