Clay Pigeon Shooting is a popular activity that can be enjoyed throughout the school year. Pupils can take part either recreationally or as part of the highly successful School team which competes in inter-school competitions. There is also an annual inter-House shooting match. Shooting takes place on the Bursar's Field (adjacent to the Bourbon Playing Fields) where the School has its own traps as well as a tower. Professional coaching is available for all abilities, from complete beginners to the most proficient. There is a selection of twelve and twenty bore over-and-under shotguns available for use and cartridges are supplied. Hearing and eye protection is also provided. Coach: Mr Chris Lockwood
